I got the egg and cheese sandwich, hashbrowns and mocha iced coffee. The woman at the register (I forget her name) was... incredibly pleasant and friendly and made a great recommendation on the mocha iced coffee. My sandwich was yummy and toastywarm, hashbrowns were nice and crispy and the mocha iced coffee was an absolute win! I'll definitely be coming back to thislocation for the great service and kind staff! My only gripe (not related in ANY WAY to my experience) - I wish they had a bikerack for those of us who don't drive cars. I had no where to safely lock my bicycle. Food was fresh ???? Had a 5 pc French toast with a sausage biscuit amazing part was the biscuits was oven soft. You know where... it soft hot in the middle yet has the golden brown crown. Definitely gonna be back on my next trip to work when they schedule meagain for day shift. Had a great conversation with the new manager David he went out of his way while I was there to help thisother guy who barely spoke English, keep that guy. Read more
I completed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the window it was not ready. The older man in the window asked me to back up... so the timer would stop or reset. I waited about 15 min. For 2 whoppers and a drink and onion rings. Food was cold when I gotit. The cars behind me were honking and mad as I didn?t pull up. The lady behind me got out of her car and wanted to know whatmy problem was. I finally just pulled up and h handed me a bag. They clearly are trying to make their stats look better. Very VERY bad service! Worst possible experience. The woman taking our order was incredibly rude and gave a ton of attitude in... the drive through which was completely empty. We got to the window, paid and then were told to back the car up which was supersktchy. We found out when my husband went inside it was because if you sit in front of the window it counts how long yoursitting and waiting and they were trying to boost their stats showing the wait isn't as long as it actually is. The bacon burgerI ordered had no bacon on it and was just mayo soup. The manager was great because she did actually fix the order, so the starsare only for the manger for fixing it. Read more
Food was good, service was good. But they made me back up and the service window and kept my card until I pulled back up to grab... my food. Definitely a big sketchy and made me feel uneasy. Read more

First of all this place is never busy and the wait is ridiculous. This morning I decided to stop here and grab a #1 on the... breakfast menu and a large iced vanilla coffee. My coffee was white, I watched her pour over ice only creamer in my small cupmust I add never matters what size you order you get the same size cup for coffee here. This is my second time going here and itwill be my last she didn?t have French toast sticks ready and asked me to back my car up behind the black pole away from thewindow (why???) obviously so I couldn?t see while she finishing amy food?..she brings the food and says the French toast arehot?yeah from the microwave and taste like ham. Def was some cross contamination going on and don?t get me started on how awfulthe hash browns were tasted like the grease has never been changed or cleaned. Another lost customer ????? Read more
Food for our tea was average at best. The store manager could really use some lessons in customer service. The other people... working there seems pleasant and polite. I have been to this restaurant a few times and it is always somewhat nasty in theseating area. Fries and chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The only saving grace is that it was cheap. Read more
