Avoid this location if you're in a hurry. Staff are friendly and polite. However, the staff usually consists of a very... overwhelmed drive through attendant, who manages to keep it together inspite of the the frustration written on her face, in boldprint lol and a kitchen worker that tries his best. I always order my sandwiches the same way. No onion extra pickle cut in half. I stopped in at this particular Burger King and... they were not real busy but they couldn't understand the Spanish couple that was in front of me so I use my Google translate tohelp them understand what they were saying when it was my turn to order my food I ordered my food using my Burger King app. They always order the same thing. This isnt the first time I have given this same fast food burger king location a one star .. the people that work her are so... rude. The employee at the drive through was rude right when we ordered our food I always get Xtra mayo and Xtra ketchup notomato. She told us to drive to the window she actually yelled it to us and when we got to the window we asked her the price andshe gave us a dirty look and sighed and said 9.66 it's like we were bothering her and all we wanted to do was pay for our food .We accidentally gave her a dollar less and she counted it back with major aggression I was very uncomfortable. She called themoney backed to us then snapped that it was 9.66 and we only gave her 8 dollars. We apologized and gave her the right amounttold her we were sorry and hope she had a great day she just looked at us and rollers her eyes and grunter dint even say thankyou or smile . I was actually pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the fries. The bacon king had a butt ton of mayo on it but that?s not... unique to this location. Their drink machine was out of most options, including all the DPs. ???? But the cashier was thesweetest little girl. Read more
Have it your way right? Not at this location. They never have anyone hardly on staff, all there products are all out as well as... drinks and shakes always. I have lived by this bk for over 35 years and it is a disaster. I don't even know how they are stillopen. Not to mention the way they treat their customers.
