I didn't get a chance to order it was 11 o'clock at night the time on the door said they closed at midnight but there website... that was just updated said it closed at 1 am it also said it offered delivery with that being said I drive an 18 wheeler andhad just drive in from the border of Texas and Louisiana I'm starving and so is my dog I was parked at the speedway next storethat was closed for the night...so I walked next store to burger King when I was ignored at the lobby door by the woman with thehead set I proceeded to the drive thru I've walked threw numerous fast food drive thru restaurant's and I've never been deniedonce I explain to them that I drive a rig...nope not here first I got ignored at the speaker then at the window until I would tgo away...then was refused to be served because I didn't have a car this is after I explained I'm driving a rig!!!! They saidthe waffle house a quarter mile away might be open to me a female I'm the dark to walk in a strange area ...but besides that dothese people not realize everything in that store comes off a flipping truck including there freaking uniforms....without us uwouldn't have that job let alone the building the job is in to deny me food !!!! For years now this place went downhill fast. Zero customer service half the time. Most of the employees are rude and short,... never a how are you have a nice day, just monotone yeah. Yeah. Okay. Very short and rude. And EVERY SINGLE time they make you"back up past the pole" so their little timer doesn't actually nottate how long you sit there because they make you back up offit everytime. Terrible customer service the lady taking my order was rude and kept interrupting me I had to repeat my order 3 times then was... told to pull up cause they was waiting on fresh fries no problem we pulled up then we got our food only 1 order of fries wasfresh and there was no cheese on the whoppers that I paid for and the Buggers was not fresh at all. I was in the area so I decided to have 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. I know burger king makes good ones. Well when I got... home they decided to leave out the cheese and the egg. So basically all they gave me was the biscuit and bacon. I am not happyand I will never go back. Read more
Flame broiler taste no longer exists. My double meat whopper with cheese had been fried died and laid aside. Apparently it was... then microwaved when I ordered it. Tell tale sign of microwave wilted lettuce and tomato was the dead giveaway. Read more
