The only person that I have ever had interaction with that was even slightly friendly, was the guy that brought my food to the... parking lot. Everyone is always short with you and I'm nice to everyone.. I won't go back, they've had numerous changes of staff& management, and they are still slow & rude. This is an upper mgmt issue.. your restaurant staff is a reflection of managementand owners, in this case, Corporate. I used to do secret shopping here and I honestly tried to find something positive, but itwas very, very difficult. Read more

2nd time coming here after they were closed for a year due to a fire. We were the only car in the drive thru Waited 10 minutes... for one cold sandwich, one cold fry and 2 milkshakes. And 4 cars passed us in the drive-thru. This is unacceptable and needsto be addressed Read more

Sat in the drive thru 20 minutes with one car ahead of me. The food was cold and disgusting. I thought the reason for the wait... was due to them making my order fresh. That was not the case. Very disappointing. Read more

I went by the drive through to get a drink. I sat at the drive through for almost ten minutes with no one saying a word. I... finally said Hello? Someone said Order when you are ready. I ordered my drink. I pulled up. No one had been in front or behindme the whole time. No one in the lobby. I said so I can just pull up and start ordering?? I don?t have to wait for someone toacknowledge me?? The girl at window said yes. What?? You don?t require your people to acknowledge your guest?? Seems like prettypoor customer service. Then she asks me to pull up and wait. For a drink. Nothing else. Again. No one at the place except me andI have to pull up and wait for a soft drink. Someone needs to put a manager in that place that?s paying attention to the lack ofcustomer service and work ethics there. Pitiful!! Read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The service was beyond atrocious, my order was completely wrong, the food was... lukewarm and tasteless. As a result, after one bite, our whole meal, with the exception of the soft drinks, was tossed in thetrash. 45 dollars wasted. I could have driven back to complain, but I knew it wouldn't make a difference. The people workingthere take no pride in their work, and have zero respect for me as a customer. I ordered a couple of pizzas, and chalked this upto a loss. Please take heed, if you're reading this, to avoid a similar situation....and money wasted. Read more
