Great service! The kids waiting on tables are doing their best. They do need more staff though. It always feels like they are... backed up, but the appetizers are always great and the wings are good too. Loved my lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings!!! Seriously, these were the best traditional, Buffalo wings I?ve enjoyed in years. The... wings were sauced, cooked just right (a little extra crispy) and were meaty and most delicious. My server, Tiffany, wasterrific! She was attentive and not disruptive. She kept my iced tea flowing to combat the heat of the wings. And if you signup for their rewards club (free), you can enjoy a birthday gift (like me) to get 6 free wings. Yum yum!! Upon being seated, ordered drinks... No sweet tea.... No lemonade.... Should have been a queue to get the heck outta there.... Ordered an appetizer that came relatively quickly.... However, then came we "don't have plates"....a restaurant not havingplates, I put that one on management, you can go 2 minutes down the street and get paper plates.... Ordered our entrees andwaited about 34 minutes for them. All 4 orders were wings so I don't understand 34 minutes.... Asked for silverware, never gotany. Ordering ahead is pointless at this location. I ordered ahead two hours and I still had to wait 35 min for an order of wings.... The manager didn't care when I told him. He just pretty much ignored me and two other people who were complaining. I get thatyou might not have all your staff but there were people who came in while I was there, got seated and had food before I even sawmy bag. The food tasted fine it just doesn't taste as good, when you have to wait that long and miss a movie because your orderis already paid for. Edit - the contact form is useless they have no idea how to do customer service. Gave them one more trytoday and paid for 20 wings... I have a picture of what I got. I kid you not there is nothing on the bone. There are thesmallest wings I have ever seen. They were so dry and hard that I had to toss them out. The food is good, the carry out and all is fine. But I have had issues with delivery almost every single time. They?ve forgotten... my fries twice (they did give me a $25 gift card but I had to drive to pick it up) and today they forgot 10 of my wings andasked me to come pick it up after paying $6 for delivery. So not only did I waste $6 on delivery but all my food will probablybe cold by the time I am able to pick it up. Read more
