Literally the absolute worst experience ever. Came in with not a single employee in site.. Two then popped out from the back and... acted as if we weren?t there for a few minutes. One came to take our order- tried to order a brownie sundae, he stated they hadno brownies. Tried to them get a chocolate cone in which they were also out of. My spouse tried to order a milkshake and theysaid there blender is down for the night. They close in an hour and a half. No reason to keep a place open that doesn?t havehalf the things advertised nor the proper employees and/or customer service. Read more
I?ve tried this location many times since it?s the closest to our home but unfortunately they never have many flavors and waffle... cones are barely ever made, don?t even try to order a specialty cone. Service is terrible and I always feel like aninconvenience to the employees just by walking in. Read more
Second time in recent times (past couple months) I couldn't get service during posted hours. Last time, I was able to go end,... but I was told that they were closed and I couldn't get ice cream anymore. Tonight, I came at 830, door was locked. A guy insidewas mopping. No bananas for splits. Winn Dixie is in the same shopping center. Not 31 flavors at this store...just 12... and nobody's... favorite. Service sucks... whoever thought a Dunkin' Donut/ Baskin Robbin combo was a good idea must have been high. Read more
This place needs to be closed. I ordered two cups of ice cream and the guy working said ?just give me $5, I need some gas... money?. The ice cream tasted terrible and they had a crook running the register. I love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but I?ll nevergo back to this one. Read more
I came to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts around 7pm. Staff was great however when asked if they had a hot chocolate for a sundae I... was told the machine has been broken this ruled out a banana split as well. I asked how long it had been broken and the employeestated it has been broken for as long as they have been employed for about a month. This employee was apologizing for somethingthat should be fixed by the management. I also could only choose from only 11 flavors and had been informed that half the casewas down for cleaning. If you're in the customer service business you need to have the product ready for the consumer. It is ashame that employees are faced with poor management and left without the resources to serve the consumer. The only reason I gaveyou a 2 star was because of the employee that served me.
