Arby's is more or less a fast food joint I rarely eat at but when I do it doesn't disappoint. The best I would say is the roast... beef and cheddar or a classic roast beef sandwich, both are on the six dollar menu. Which is another plus, the food here isn'tat all that expensive. But you do get what you paid for so bear that on mind. Read more

The ladies who took care of me tonight were SO kind and sweet. My order was taken quickly, the line moved fast, and my food was... delicious! Wonderful staff at this place! That always reflects well on the managers :) Read more

I have always had a good customer service when it came to Arby's but as of everything opening back up the customer service has... been horrible. The white guy that does drive thru is the worst and I mean worst, I don't understand why you would come to workwith such a nasty attitude and have customer deal with that and they are spending their hard earned money just to bedisrespected by you. I have dealt with him before and I brushed it off because I just assume he was having a bad day but nothat's just him, well corporate until this matter is taken care of I will no longer be doing business with Arby's and I have avery big mouth so I'm going to make sure no one else does business until that problem is dealt with! Wellllll, was going to get some food. Lady ask for me to start my order. I go off telling it. Getting to the second order. Then... said, ?I?m sorry, I wasn?t by my computer. Can you repeat everything?? Why ask me to start my order?if you?re not ready to takeit? And let me go ahead and get done with my first order and start on my second. Like you were listening. But then wasn?t. AfterI was starting to say I want a large sweet tea, easy ice, she says, ?oh my god!? After I have repeated myself over 5 times. Andthen when I drive off, the two girls that are black, one with a messed up arm, proceed to flip me and my family off when Idecided to drive away and not order anymore. Worse service I have ever experienced. These two employees should be let go at thispoint. Not coming back after this. Update: call to speak to the ?manager? so they give me the assistant manager. I guess. Nottoo sure if you ask me. But I was telling her what had happened. She proceeds to tell me the system completely deleted my orderis why she said, ?oh my god.? So I asked, ?then why was my son and I flipped off when I decided to drive away?? So she whisperedto the girl, ?did you really flip them off?? And she said, ?yes, she cussed me out.? ?Brandy? thinks she?s cute slamming stuff around and being rude to customers. Then, ironically, there?s a sign on the window... saying to be nice to the employees. She was mad because I couldn?t hear her through the speaker. It?s funny though, I could hearher rude remarks through the open window just fine. Read more

I love the places that have their dining rooms open. It is sad that even has to be a benchmark. The food I ordered was good,... timely, the staff friendly and efficient. Corporate needs to step up their game on their online ordering. It shouldn't take 10or more minutes for an online order to process before it reaches the designated store so that that store can fulfill it. Thecurrent system is a good one for falling behind the competition. Read more

This place is usually on spot, BUT NOT TONIGHT! I ordered the BNC Half Pound Meal... BUT when I got home (2miles away).... I... got 2 little beef on buns with NO CHEDDAR!! The 6pc mozzarella sticks were already hard and cold. Plus to top it all off... NONAPKINS! I called them and the girl told me that I could return ASAP or wait and come back tomorrow. I will not want ittomorrow, although I will be contacting the Manager. Plus I had already put on my PJ's for the evening. I use to manage arestaurant, and I understand when it gets late that everyone wants to go home, but at the end of everyday, someone is payingtheir hard earned money for what they order!!!
