They take your order and in the mist of your order ask you to hold on. I.guest so they don't get The order wrong. but still gave... me my order wrong. I ask for four egg and cheese Croissants Toasted with butter. I got bread and butter. What is wrong withthe people that work in Dunkin' donuts? They don't know what toast your bread well is ? they clearly don't ... nor do they follow instructions. I went through the Drive-throu I chose to go through the drive-throu because I was on my way home fromwork But I had to make A u turn and go inside the building for them to correct my order for them to still get it wrong smh... two of the Croissants was supposed to have extra cheese they clearly didn't. Went to the store to get some food on my break, I asked for croissant stuffers, 2 orders of bagel minis, and 2 orders of snakin... bacon?. I didn?t receive a croissant stuffer I did receive a croissant sandwich so I wrote it as a loss. I took a bite out of abagel mini and they were still frozen. So I figured I would call to see the issue. The women on the phone told me they didn?tcarry croissant stuffers for months so I figured I called the wrong store. Once I did some digging and found out I did in factcall the right store so I went to call back to try and talk to them and no answer twice. If you don?t carry an item take it offthe menu or cover it up?. Don?t give me the wrong item and what you did get right please don?t give me frozen. I love this Dunkin. Alpa is amazing. She is always super friendly. She always takes the time to ask me how I am. She even is... thoughtful and asks about my kids. The staff is awesome too. I drive past two other Dunkin?s just to come to this one. Read more
Very scaled down Dunkin doughnuts, but clean and has most of the usuals. Staff member who waited on me inside was impatient,... and could not understand my order. She became frustrated with me when she tried to give me the wrong kind of donuts twice eventhough I used the name written on the label. I apologized for the trouble anyway, but this didn't seem to change things. Everything else was as expected with the typical Dunkin experience. Read more
They over charge at this location beware. Ask for a receipt because they will not give it to you. I tested this out to make sure... I was correct and the other Dunkin up the street was always cheaper for the same thing I would order. It?s not fair to customersto over charge us. Read more
