This location is supposed to open at 6 AM. An employee arrived after 6 and let us know she wouldn't open until 6:30. The next... closest location is 30 mins away, so we figure we'll wait. It is now almost 7 and she's still not open and not taking orders.I'm not sure if she is short staffed today, but I wouldn't trust the hours on this location. Ordered an iced coffee and got half of cup filled with whipped cream and a hot caramel macchiato took forever. I found out they... forgot about my coffee until I remind them(10 minutes wait). Also ordered two cake pops for my kids I asked them to make surethey were not the chocolate one?s fair enough I got one chocolate cake pop. SMH. Just to make it even better i did not get thepoints for the purchase. The issue I saw there were 3 teenagers on their phones and were joking among themselves. Got a regular cappuccino, they completely missed the coffee. I got a cup of hot milk for $5 and a ten minute wait. Waited for... the foam to dissipate to see if there's any coffee and there isn't. Read more
Very dirty and mold on egg bites , be careful . I never saw worst place ever. People can be seriously sick

Quality has really gone down the drain. Bought food yesterday morning. Started feeling sick a couple hours later, and spent the... afternoon with stomach cramps and sick. Had sous vide eggs and Chestnut Latte (which I didn't like, tasted burn). My partner wassick later in the day too. All we ate that morning (until late in the evening) was from Starbucks.
