I wish that Google gave you an unlimited amount of space to write a review because I seriously can't say enough nice things... about Emily's. This is a restaurant that's managed well and you can tell because every plate is assembled with care. Not onlyare Emily's meals excellent, but their deserts are fantastic too. I crave their peanut butter cookies regularly! My fiancé andI like Emily's so much that we'll drive from over an hour away several times a year. We even went as far as having Emily's caterour wedding and they have been our favorite vendor to work with by a Texas mile. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Ipromise that Emily's will far exceed your expectations whether you're stopping by for a bite to eat or catering your next event. Read more
Emily?s catered our rehearsal dinner and our reception at the Woolverton Inn. The food was delicious and the service was... exceptional. They were happy to accommodate several special requests, including an ice cream cake for our cutting cake! Read more
We hired Emily's to cater our daughter's wedding at Updike Farmstead, in Princeton, NJ. Emily and her team were fabulous from... start to finish! Emily is easy-going and accommodating, & helpful every step of the way with planning the event. She has a tonof experience and offers advice on food selection, table design, rentals of everything you might need, coordinates with theliquor purchase and delivery, as well as the rental company. The tasting was delicious, in her beautiful cafe in Pennington andwas open to changes to the menu as needed. Her entire staff is professional and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS (and we fed 170 people)! We felt so comfortable with Emily and her team leading up to, during and closing down the most glorious evening ever! Wehighly recommend Emily's for any catering needs, small or large! Unacceptable. I visited and ordered a 1/2 Arugula Salad ($5) to go. The menu read $3.50 for the addition of grilled chicken.... Sounded wonderful. My total was $8.50. I got home, opened the salad and found one (one!) four inch piece of grilled chicken on abed of arugula with a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles and toasted almonds. That was it. Assuming this must be an error, Ipolitely called to inquire and was told because a half-salad is considered a side, "...so, uh, they put less chicken." Ofcourse, this wasn't clear anywhere on the menu. Unacceptable. A poor value. Can NOT recommend Emily's Cafe. Read more
Emily's catered a wedding for my clients at the Mountain Lakes House in Princeton. The staff was so attentive, detailed, and... helpful. The food was delicious.
