REALLY poor experience. All surfaces are dirty, which is gross to watch your food get made on. The worst tho, was the customer... service. The person who greeted me, clearly didn't want to be there (relatable), but was so unprofessional and didn't listen.They were on a personal call with their airpods and every time they asked me a question, they couldn't hear my response (I'm aloud person). Which resulted in numerous mistakes in the prep of the food. All in all, I see no reason for me to return to thislocation. My experience would have been better if the employee has cleaned anything at all, and if they greeted me at all. I'mnot picky, but I felt flat out disregarded and unwelcome. Read more

Ordered on line so I could be sure it was what I wanted ! One sandwich 6 inch turkey italian w provolone cheese! Mayo , honey... mustard , toasted with lettuce and pepperchinis , got turkey and boloney and salami with yellow mustard and Mayo no cheese andnot heated ! So much mustard could not see the lunch meat ! I called when my husband brought it home and she said she couldmake me another one but it was already to late to go back out !! Why do they have sandwiches that they make and then can?t evenmake them ! My husband said they were not even busy and she was sweeping the floor when he arrived ! So sad ! Just lost acustomer !! I ordered online and went in to pick up the order. When I arrived, it hadn?t been started yet, which I was totally fine with. As... the girl began to prepare my sandwiches, she had her phone out and on the counter where she was making them. She kept touchingher phone and then my sandwiches with the same gloves on. I asked her not to make my sandwich while using her phone because whoknows what kind of germs are on it! She threw a fit, told me the other guy could make my sandwich and walked into the back. Hetold me that their system was down and they had to use their personal phones to access them, to which I responded that Iunderstood but there had to be a hygienic way to do it. I gave one star because he was polite and helpful. Had he not beenavailable to make them, I would have given zero stars and walked out without my already purchased order. Read more
Called in orders for sandwiches multiple times and they are never ready for pickup. The second time we waited until 10 minutes... after they were supposed to be ready to pick them up and they started making them after we arrived at the counter. The thirdtime we gave them an extra 20 minutes,still they werent ready when we arrived. The service is terrible and slow. They arealways out of a good portion of the menu. They messed up my order and asked me to return to the store and they would make me another sandwich, so I started to drive back... and about half way in they call me back and ask me to bring the original sandwich back and to pay for the replacementsandwich... after saying this the employee quickly says no I'll pay for the sandwich since it was my fault. So I continuedriving there and when I get there they hand me a bag of cold bacon and a tub of sauce. Thats it, no new sandwich no sorry forthe inconvenience just cold bacon. Honestly I laughed for a couple minutes in the parking lot because I thought it was a jokeand a camera crew would run out laughing but nope just let down by subway once again, but its the last time since I'm neverreturning. Look, I understand It's amidst the time of covid-19 and we're again a purple county.... But come on! Neither the sandwich for my... fiance, or my sandwich were made right. They were both sloppily thrown together, with almost everything on them different thanwhat we ordered... It was around 1pm today, Wednesday November 18th. The man working was talking profusely about his lastbathroom visit, and he was very rude. Terrible customer service and, just an overall terrible employee. I love Subway. But I'drather drive to Grass Valley to get it over being treated this way. Awful. Just simply awful. Read more
