Purchased couple items.. including some garlic parmesan wings. The 13 wings literally had Parmesan cheese sprinkled over them.... Brought the wings back to the store. Initially the manager stated that it?s hard to tell because the wings were DRY?. TheMANAGER then proceeded to scrape the bottom of the plate, tasted it and sarcastically stated there?s a lot of garlic sauce onthe wings. But yet didn?t taste the actual wings it self. Ordered delivery at 5:50pm. It took them nearly three hours to deliver bland and inedible food. Nothing was hot or even warm.... The fries had never seen any measure of seasoning. How do you make fries flavorless? No apologies for the delay, nor did theyever make any attempt to contact me to warn me about the delay. I tend to be a forgiving person for the food industry. I ran afew restaurants in my day. I get it. Things get crazy. But this was just unforgivable levels of service. Never ordering fromhere again. Three freaking hours for a delivery. Must be amateur night for cooks here. Do they even train these people how to burn wings ? I ask them for not so crispy half of... it is crispy overdone way overdone ! french fries were burnt and crispy. Grease probably hasn?t been changed and who knows howlong !!
