The manager at this location Marisa should not be in management . I?ve never had someone so unprofessional deal with an over... charge issue and instead of being professional manager. She says, ? it?s not my problem you obviously are having a bad day ? andshuts the drive thru window on me and walks away. Yeah I?m having a bad day now bc of your unprofessionalism . (Edit) Service has gotten better at this location but I don?t think it will be what it was in previous years. The old staff... always helped make the start to my mornings great. Mediocre at best these days for food and service both. Read more
They discontinued my favorite drink, the Mango Pineapple refresher. I was getting one almost everyday. The other two they still... have are not as good. Here's what really gets me. I always order at the drive thru, always. 9 out of 10 times, they won't putnapkins in the bag. I'm getting my food to go, that's when I really need napkins. All Dunkin's do it and it's superannoying. Drive-through is pretty quick. Customer service is lacking. My hashbrowns were soggy. Never put napkins in my bag.

Conveniently located and friendly staff! We visited to get our caffeine fix while passing through. Great value as all sizes were... the same price, I recommend the Pumpkin Spice ???? cold brew! It was sweet enough without any sugar or cream added. Read more
