Hit and miss. Been to this Subway multiple times; we?ve had some incredible sandwiches but we?ve ended up just driving off... because no one helped us. We always use the drive-thru because it?s more convenient, problem is that sometimes no one realizesyou?re there. We sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes a few weeks ago and absolutely no one came to take our order. Weended up just going to the Arrowhead McDonald?s. I cannot express more strongly how BAD it is at this Subway! I gave them some leeway for my first bad experience. Second one... was horrible. I was starving and decided to give them one more chance. Let's just say I have been sitting in my car for 20mins waiting for my order. There is one other customer in the place. It's not even funny how slow it is! Update: Apparently,the employee left work and never completed my order. Her relief asked me if I have been helped and looked frustrated when Itold her I have been waiting. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway or any other business I have ever been to. When we got there I could... see there were only 2 employees working. Owning my own small business in the food industry I completely understood with the hardtimes hiring employees currently going on across the country. We patiently placed our order of 4 sandwiches and waited whilethey helped us and several other customers. When they rang up our order it came to $75.00. We asked them to recheck what wasentered because that seemed a bit high. We went over the order again of 4 sandwiches. The new total was $63.00 and she assuredus that was for the 4 sandwiches. I paid but asked for my receipt. I even tipped them due to the fact the two workers wereworking very hard. I checked my receipt and we were clearly charged for 5 sandwiches. I pointed that out To the cashier. Sheapologized but then said she cannot issue refunds and best she could do was to give us chips, cookies, or drinks to make up forit. I let her know that wouldn?t work, we didn?t need another sandwich and I didn?t want $12.50 in sides. She said she wouldneed to call her manager. I went and was eating my sandwich. The cashier came out and handed me $12.50 and said sorry. Iresponded that I understand and I thanked her. When we were getting in our car the young man that was working along side thecashier opened the door and yelled ?You Racist F@ck!!? I walked back to the door and opened it I made eye contact with the youngman and very calmly just said ?You have a nice day.? He responded with ?You too you Rac,? Prices are too high for what you get. Frequently out of popular items. Frequently get your order wrong.
Extremely slow drive through service. Best to avoid. Thankfully the cars behind us abandoned the drive-thru by going in reverse... for the rest of us but also back up and leave. Read more
Took a long time to see anybody with me being the only person in the store and the staff was already very unprofessional........ Should have taken it as a warning. Sandwich was stuck to the bag they didnt put any bacon on the sandwhich, there was missingveggies, they didn't bag my sandwich, no small cups for meal deal, no ice in fountain, no tea in container, little to no syrupin fountain drink options, no straws. My sandwich was also a little burned and had a distinct crunch to the Flatbread. I guessthere was lids for the cups. That's a plus. Read more
