Great employees working there except for the management! Breaks my heart to see a single minor running the whole store after 6pm... all the time. Inexcusable by management, be there for your employees or hire more people so you don't have kids running a storeall alone, even if they are doing an amazing job! Shoutout the the young man who was running around getting a line and onlineorders all alone, he did great. Read more

I went to the drive thru first. No one ever answered me while sitting there 10 minutes. So I went in and ordered. A man was... behind the counter ignoring me. He said that he was too busy cleaning to take my order. I ordered a salad anyways because I wasstarving. Will never be back again. Terrible terrible customer service. Read more

I told the manager and the worker that their womens restroom door hit the side of my face really hard and maybe put a warning or... something up because it shuts heavy and fast. Neither employee acknowledged me or anything I was saying when I told them TWICE.My face is red and swollen and it hurts, thanks for not even saying anything to me and just staring at me when I mentioned it. The kid working by himself was doing an awesome job. Sandwiches good but poor kid didn't even have time to restock he was so... busy. Sad I didn't pay attention to his name. The owner of the franchise deserved a 1 star but the young man a 5 star service. Read more

I usually eat a 6 inch sub from various Subways 4 out of 5 days of the week as I am crossing the counties doing service. This... is the first time I have felt the need to complain about one. I ordered today and watched as the young man put my sub together. He was being very skimpy on the amount of veggies he put on and I was just getting ready to ask for some more peppers to beadded when he picked up a pair of tweezers and removed something from my sandwich. I asked him if he had removed a hair and hesaid yes, it was a hair. I told him I no longer wanted that sandwich...while the owner sat there, observing the entire thing. The young man asked if I wanted him to make me a new one. I told him no, that I would buy one elsewhere...again, as the ownersat and watched and never tried to do any quality or damage control. The fact that they were willing to go ahead and sell me asandwich that had been contaminated with someone's dirty hair is beyond my comprehension. This particular Subway needs to setsome ethical standards of service and train their employees accordingly. Read more

I think just the owner works there. He is amazing and doing his best when it is busy. He always gets our orders right (usually 5... different sandwiches) and is friendly. Thanks for saving our dinner the other night!! Read more
