Worse place ever. Hope it close down for good. They made prepaid people wait for hours and walk ins just walk in easily. Both... restrooms out of order with a line of people that wrapped around a shopping center. Half of my paid order cancelled becausethey were out of pies. My appointment was for yesterday. Great selection for holiday and lunch needs. UPDATE: Not only is did they discontinue the delicious Turkey salad but now soups... are no longer available. I have no longer have any reason to visit except once a year for a honey baked ham or smoked Turkey.Very disappointing. 4 ?? Disappointed to find out that the Turkey Salad is no longer available. Wanted to give a 2 star to getmanagement attention but decided not to be petty. I have no reason to go here at least bi-weekly anymore. Other than the holidayseason or if I want a bowl of Turkey noodle soup every now and then my visits are now limited. You will truly be missed turkeysalad ?? Read more
Bad Holiday Customer Service!! We prepaid for the meal and when we went to pick up the line for people that had not prepaid... moved faster and management did not care. They had 2 police officers that kept allowing other customers to go in and buy theirholiday meals, meanwhile police officers kept the Prepaid people waiting 2 hours by Management request. I was concerned because I remember horror stories from this location.I couldn?t have been more wrong! The staff was friendly, I... had no waiting in-line. I used to go to the Weston store but found out they can charge whatever they want. 55.00 for a turkeybreast??? Pines was charging 36.00. I have a new store now! THANK YOU!!!
