So surprised to find the restaurant inside the YMCA building, but the sandwich was delicious! The young lady who prepared it... told me that many people like to eat a healthy sandwich after working out! She was very friendly and I could tell she enjoyedher job! Read more

The Subway is like a Third World restaurant in a former Russian state where they hide the STRAWS from the customers @ the YMCA.

I love the Y not only because the ride range of classes included in the membership but because of all different activities... geared towards the family. There is something for everyone, from family Yoga, to kickboxing, teen fitness, zumba, Tabatha, circuit training, spinning, zumba and the list goes on. The Y offers ongoing workshop targeted to better living for the wholefamily. They offer parent night out once per month 3 hours of fun activities for the children and enough time to go to themovies or eat out knowing that children are in a safe place.
