I'm putting one star because I cant leave it without, butI the open at 8 AM based on the time they have here on Google, so i... went there at 8:01 AM and the employees where there inside talking and said we will open in 30 min and my daughter was going toa field trip so that's why i went because i saw the time... then finally when they open at 8:45 am, the lady took 45 min tofinish 2 sandwiches.. very bad service!!! close this place or change your employees if not you will lose customers and will endclosing your business. I?m unhappy with the service at this location. Whenever I place my order online for a specific time to pick up, it would never... be ready even when it?s not busy. At times, I would see my food sitting on the counter not being packaged. This has happened onmultiple occasions and yet there would be barely people there. When I don?t want my sandwich toasted, they still toast itanyway. Read more

The young lady working on May 10th 10:45 had and attitude and because I asked her to change her gloves after touching objects... then wanted to touch my food. It is as if she didn?t wanna answer me while talking to her. Will not be coming back to thislocation. Read more

When I walked Walked until location the lady behind the counter did not greet me at all. She was making too gigantic Subs while... to customers waited in front of me very very patiently. She did not acknowledge them either. Finally she got done making the twosubs and someone walked in who apparently had placed an online order. I'm sorry but I don't think you should leave Live customerstanding there waiting to be acknowledged while online orders are filled. Finally she got to the lady in front of me who she didnot acknowledge either. I just couldn't take it anymore I have better things to do with my time. Read more

Poor ability to recognize and to communicate. Waited 10 minutes for service just to tell me ? there were online orders he... needed to accomplished before he could take my order. Why not tell me that while waiting in line? Get more help!!! Read more

Not great. The person preparing the sub seemed more concerned with laughing with coworkers instead of preparing the sandwich.... She accidentally ripped the actual foot long bread and didn't bother to change it even after I said something about it. Onanother sub she added pepper and the chunks are huge and she didn't even try to remove the chunks. She kept asking if I wasdone ordering. I can say the visit was far from pleasant and lacked some basic customer service. This was the 3rd and last timeI support this location. I'd rather go to the one down the street that has a drive thru and they are ALWAYS pleasant. Just areminder to the people at this location, customers PAY for their order... we're not there for a free meal. ??????????? Read more
