Well I thought I never would say this but the service at this place is the worst I every experienced in my life. Ordered via the... app. We always get our order from N miami shore and never had any trouble. Go into store to pick up. No order. Then mix wrongorder. Show them the phone and they didn?t want to look at it. Finally we left with what they mixed us. New sign outside.People watched how they didn?t make enough to fill both of the cups. Just turn off the pick up orders. TURN OFF THE PICK UP ORDERS. I literally sat and watched people come in and place their order,... wait, and go. Meanwhile I?m sitting there after the time my pick up is supposed to be ready. I might as well have come in andordered like everyone else. They asked what my name was, noted it in the stack of pick-up orders, and still let me sit therewhile they worked on orders for people who weren?t even here to pick them up yet. Fridge full of orders to pick up but the oneorder where the person is actually here to pick it up, they left sitting in the lobby. What sense does that make? Explain thelogic. Just turn off the pick up orders then. Expecting these kids to be able to multitask is expecting too much. I ordered at11:44 and it?s 12:12 and I?m just leaving. You should run the video back and see how many people came and went while I satthere. What was the point in asking me for my name??? Just to keep serving other people who weren?t even there. Waste timeasking me for my name?just to keep tending to people who aren?t here yet. SHOUT OUT TO KATIE DURING THE WEEKDAY. She holds thewhole thing down and doesn?t miss a beat. I've been to this location 7-8 times as it's close to my house. Out of those 7-8 times my smoothie as decent once. The vegan... nutty super grain I ordered was a soupy tasteless mess. After paying for additions I'd like an edible smoothie. Read more
I always visit this location. Staff is polite and efficient. Online ordering has occasional hiccups but it's nothing to walk in... and order. The wait time does not take very long and my orders are always accurate. Thank you Smoothie King! Read more

Arrive to pick up two smoothies on 10/2/22, they were not ready. Then was given the wrong smoothie and only one when I ordered... two. When staff was presented order on the phone they did not acknowledge me? I felt ignored and a bother to the staff. Therewere two employees and only one other customer at the time. We received an attitude from the cashier and asked for the managerwho proceeded to say you?ll get them and left. Very poor service. I would not go to this location again. Read more
