Sunday 1-5 Oct 2nd. First time here. Good ambiance. Food was pretty good. Service needs to improve. Multiple bartenders... will walk past empty glasses and dirty dishes on the bar 20 times until you flag them down. Never once in several hours were weasked if we needed anything. It was always chasing them down. After you flag them down they will put a fresh drink right infront of your old glass and not take the old one away. Read more
Our first experience here. Extremely slow drink service at bar. Food was ok. Not fantastic. We as customers had to ask for... drinks and condiments. Many times ignored, walked right by and wouldn't check to see if we need anything further. We had to sitat the bar with dirty napkins, glasses and dishes the whole time. Came here for the zingers, I always like Ale house especially for that reason. The staff was amazing , service was really fast... and attentive. This was the best ale house location I?ve been to so far. So I?ll definitely come back here again. Read more
