Terrible customer service. My daughter and wife are Vegan and I have asked them to consider changing the Sorbet flavor many... times and they have completely ignored my requests. I have to drive to Plantation and Davie locations to get different sorbet/Vegan flavors. As vegans and non dairy we are limited on selections as it is and by not changing up the available flavors we arefurther boxed in to the two and sometimes 1 flavor that is offered at this location. It is a shame that the owner at thisprominent location can not just rotate different flavors on the two machines that are designated Vegan and nondairy. I feelthat this is not a big request to ask of this business. Mango and Pineapple are great but the same flavors for 9 months is justridiculous. Read more
Stopped by and found them closed before their listed closing time. Ended up going to Freddo for gelato instead. Honestly, I'm so... glad it worked out like this. The gelato was a trillion times better than Menchies. Read more
Delicius! Love this little shop for tried a diferent flavours every time!
It gets good business but its not as crowded as other locations. They have gloves and sanitizer and other products to keeps... yourself safe. Eff everyone else - can't be sure who washes their hands after wiping. So use a glove or napkins when pulling emlevers to release sweet fattening frozen yogurt. The toppings bar is open and please use the spoons and watch your kids to makesure they don't put their hands in the mix. Again use gloves or napkins for your own safety. My only one complaint was that wewalked in and served ourselves and when paying the young lady told us indoor dining was closed while I looked around and a fewtables were occupied. Either let us know as we walk in, lock the door close to closing time and reopen to let diners out, or letwhomever made it in before the bell sit. It just makes it seem that they set different rules for customers. I understood it wasclose to closing time and I didn't want to argue w a teenager. I really like this place! Yougurt takes like ice cream but less calories. This location has a good variety of toppings and... flavors. Everything looks super clean, safety measures are displayed and enforced. They open late during the week and weekends???? thank you. The price is great for the size portion, quality of toppings and cute little spoon compared to similar chainsthat charge almost 50% more for less quality of yogurt. Read more
Bad Customer service. Doesn't change flavor and options for Vegans and Nondairy consumers. I live close to this location and... frequent this business often but they have the same sorbet flavors for months without changing them. Being Vegan and Nondairymy family and kids are limited to Fruit Sorbets and Nondairy flavors so usually its only 1 machine with two flavors. Thisbusiness has had Mango and Pineapple for 9 months straight with no change. We love both flavors but we have to travel to otherlocations if we want something different because this owner is unwilling to change out the Sorbet flavors after repeatedlyasking. Sometimes as this past week they even pair a dairy flavor with a nondairy vegan sorbet on the same machine which furtherlimits my kids by not being able to swirl the two flavors together. Other locations simply rotate the Vegan Nondairy Sorbetflavors so that Vegan Customers can have better options. Read more
