As someone who has been a manager in retail and currently I work in food service to speak to a customer the way the GM of this... location speaks to their patrons is revolting. No matter how small or big a customer?s concern for your product deserves yourfull attention, empathy and information to help them feel more comfortable. Fire the GM if you want to stay in business becauseno one with a brain would support an establishment that allows employees to speak to the customers in a rude manner.
