Little Caesars needs to shut this Pembroke Pines location down or force new ownership and management that will care about the... customers and the business. The "Hot N Ready" pizzas are never ready and if you want one you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. Youalso have to have exact change. They can't even give you change for a $6.00 pizza when paying with a $10.00 bill. Just a poorlyrun location that needs to be closed. This location is actually pretty good. I have ordered pick up 2x in the past week because I'm working nearby on a short term... project. The first time my order was not ready exactly when promised. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and nobody was in frontfor a good 3 minutes or so. Eventually someone emerged from the back, I gave my name and she said she was working on crazy breadand it would be ready soon. She said the same to the guy in front of me and the girl who came in after me. About 4 minutes laterit was done and it was hot and fresh, which I appreciated. The second time I went the place was busy with customers but my orderwas ready and everything was hot and again super fresh. Read more
