Additional Information
We frequent this restaurant because we like the food and the customer service. I would like to specially recognize one of their... employees named Junior. He is very professional and friendly. I have see him go out of his way many times for his customersand also others customers to make sure they are given the best possible service. He is definitely a valuable asset to thisrestaurant. First they put us on hold every two minutes while trying to order and leaving us hanging in the middle of talking. Then the... lady who apparently was new said we need to have our order ready and know what we want before we order because she has otherphone calls to get and can?t handle it. Then we get there to pick up the order and it was wrong and they said we had to dealwith it because it?s what we said when it wasn?t and made a big deal about it being wrong when they made the issues. We had tofinally speak to a manager which was very helpful and was able to resolve our issue and correct our order but the rest of theorder had to sit there another 20 minutes getting saugy. Point being if someone is calling your restaurant and inquiring aboutyour menu you don?t say that they need to know what we want rudely and then when the order is wrong give a big hassle to correctit instead of listening to and satisfying the customer which is paying for what they want not what you messed up on. The food is really good. The customer service is great. Just a bit disappointed at their process. If you place an order over the... phone , they ask for your credit card details. When you come to pick up your food, all the credit card information is visiblywritten on the back of the receipt. If your order is given to someone else, it is possible that they got your receipt with yourcredit card number as well . If they throw the receipt in the trash, it is possible for someone to pick it up. This is a big redflag. The worse part is that when you get there, they still ask you for your card to be swiped. Credit card details should beencrypted not written down on a piece of paper. Read more
