I love Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine. I have visited several of their locations and since the one on University Dr in Pembroke Pines... is near to my office, I often order lunch from there. The online ordering process is easy; the lunch specials are great, and myfood is always ready for pickup on time. My only issue is that once in a while the food is not as well seasoned as others; maybeit's a matter of kitchen personnel not being properly trained? Today I ordered one of the lunch specials and the chicken tastedlike it had nothing but pepper. No salt, no adobo, no citrus marinade flavor.. just black pepper. I still ate it, but I wascertainly disappointed. I wish there wasn't such a lack of consistency from the kitchen. I will probably stay away from thatdish since that's not the first time it's happened. I'll try another special next time. Read more

Haven’t been here in a few years, my husband said there grilled fish was good so we ordered and picked up. My shredded chicken... was so dry it was uneatable. Rice beans okey. My husbands fish was good but don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Read more

I had an urge to eat food with flavor yesterday. We decided to the closest a latin restaurant. It was raining hard my... grandson slipped. You have to be careful with the tiles outside and floor inside. The restaurant per say is super cozy. Ilove the atmosphere. The staff in general super educated. But I didn't like the food. Maybe it was the items I ordered. El picadillo no nos gusto para nada. Los chicken fingers and fries for the kid were excellent. Los camarones al ajillo nome gustaron , ni el arroz blanco. Ok so let me tell you about this restaurant right here???? Not the fanciest building, in fact it's overdue for remodeling. But... the hosts are very welcoming as you enter. This was my first time visiting but I was with a large group who had all visitednumerous of times and I found out why. The servers were excellent. The two we had were very attentive to the table and ourdining needs. My brother began to remove his to give to my sister because she was cold and the gentleman servers ( wish I couldremember his name) helped my brother remove his jacket and walked it around the table and assisted my sister in putting it on.The cutlery was so shiny we could see ourselves reflect. But there was one little saucer on the table as we arrived that somehowhad a smudged black spot on it and the server didn't allow my son to sit in the chair until it was removed and another clean onebrought back to the table. The impression was a great touch.. It wasn't long before bread baskets and water goblets were filled.And our order was taken. The servers were very hospitable and knew the menu thoroughly. We were celebrating my brother'sgraduation and it happened that another family was celebrating the same occasion. Both graduates got a free shot of alcohol anda round of applause from the staff. The food is great, first time and a take out meal. The onion is whole and slices with a nice sweet tavy crunch as an upgrade... onion with red onion. In that the peak is tender and split with a low salt taste that is crunchy on the outside and can easilybe shredded with the rice for a combo on the spoon. The red beans adds the flavor of salt and red smoothness, it is not waterybut satisfies the meal. Grab a cherry cola to have a great taste ???????????? Read more
