Messed up my order. Missed one of the items I asked for. Told the lady at the drive up window that it was three items. She... replied that they only charged me for two. Asked her to just charged me for the third item. She told me I had to go around againthrough the drive thru and reorder. Horrible experience. Great and fast Peruvian food! I really enjoy eating at this chain of restaurants. Surprisingly this is the most efficient and... cleanest location I ever been. The team that runs this one is fantastic! Food was fresh and super delicious, it came out reallyfast, all tables and facilities were spotless, cashiers were very friendly and fast. They are well staffed and seem verymotivated. Love to see people doing their job with enthusiasm and well done it makes a huge difference???? Read more
Do not waste your money at the Pembroke Pines location I give the food less than one star had the fish meal very soggy , mushy... and horrible tasting ?tasted like someone cooked it at home and brought it to the store to sell a day later. The best locationis a North Miami Beach . They do not disappoint! Read more

This place has decent food for when you don't want to cook and need something better than fast food. The fried rice could be... salty depending on who makes it. My favorite is the whole fried snapper. They also have sauces to accommodate your food whichis delicious too. The portions are good too which I like. Read more
They use too much onions. I kept the excess onions from my food to cook lunch for the rest of the week. Wow, that's it, I got it... now. They are so sad because they have to cut all those onions. One of their better locations. The place is clean and nicelyoriented. The employees are always in a grim mood. I think the management should have some good workplace practices to cheerthem up.
