The manager on duty was so nice and very helpful. He gave me the best deal for my meals. There is a way to make it cheaper, by... ordering a regular price meal and then just add a drínk for $1 dollar. The worst drive thru fast food establishment that I have ever been to in my life. Horrible service, filthy/old establishment,... and expect to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. Really bad customer service! In fact, no customer service at all. I did the line on the drive-thru, when it was my turn I... ordered barbecue sauce with my meal, the guy told me I had to ask the sauce at the window. I ordered the chicken extra crispy.When I reached the window I asked for the sauce and reminded them that the chicken should be crispy. He didn?t give me thebarbecue sauce so I had to remind him twice. After I left the window, I checked the bag to make sure I had the sauce. Guesswhat, there was no sauce in the bag!!!! I parked my car and walked in to ask for the sauce. The was a senior guy in front ofmy trying to redeem a KFC coupon, but the cashier said they could not accept the coupon because that was a corporate coupon andthey were a privately owned store. The senior guy left really disappointed. When it was my turn they cashier told me he neededthe receipt to give the sauce, I showed him the bag they had just given me, but he said he needed the receipt. I walked back tomy car to get the receipt, and when I got back he told me he had found the receipt and gave me the ?barbecue sauce? I hadordered more than 7 times before. When I got home, the chicken was not crispy, almost raw, had flour on it, and the sauces hegave me were nit barbecue but KFC sauce, which I don?t like.
