I came here once before this and the lady that attended me through the drive thru was so pleasant and helpful that I went again.... This time I got the complete opposite. No matter how polite I was, the person that attended me again through the drive thruacted like I was a major inconvenience to her life! I must have said on 4 different occasions, grilled chicken please, and ofcourse, my order was incorrect! I didn't say anything or ask for the manager for fear of someone doing something to my food. Located in the Pines Palm Office Park Plaza, this KFC is just walking distance from the pediatric dentist I take my kids to. The... drive-thru had a line so I opted to go inside. Much larger than the Sheridan location, the restaurant was clean and there wasplenty of table seating for customers. KFC's menu offers a variety of chicken meals in either original recipe, extra crispy, orgrilled. There's also sandwiches, sides, dessert, and cold beverages at reasonable prices. I was immediately greeted by a maleemployee who took my order of the $5 two piece fill up value meal, which consisted of two piece chicken (drum & thigh), achocolate chip cookie, a biscuit, a medium drink, and a choice of side (mashed potatoes). You may also choose another side for$1 extra. I really didn't want a thigh and the male employee was nice enough to give me two drumsticks instead. My fill up boxwas handed to me nice and hot within five minutes. There were no complaints from me. The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorfulon the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside. The mashed potatoes with gravy was very creamy. The chocolate chip cookiewas warm and soft, and the biscuit was warm and flaky.
