I?ve never been to a Jimmy Jones that was such an absolute disaster. There was a guy yelling and banging on the counter making... sandwiches. Shouting out orders and demands and talking back to customers. I?ve been to locations all over the us and everyoneis always friendly and welcoming. This place was a total contradiction. I hope corporate gets over here fast. To be fair, mostof the other workers were doing their best to stay calm but it just takes one bad apple. My sandwich was absolutely wrong toboot. Read more

place was dead. employees were working diligently. so it seems. no greetings when we walked into the store and we stood at the... cashier for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. there was 3 people behind the counter less than 10 feet away fromme and didn't utter a word nor did they look my way. cashier was friendly, but you can tell this group of people do not want tobe working or find joy in customer service. awkward experience. This is the best restaurant I ever had the sandwiches are amazing especially the #12 Beach Club. The employees are amazing they... are very kind and energetic. They are very friendly and will do whatever they can to help you with all your needs. Theenvironment is very welcoming. The staff is amazing especially the Manager Luis, Assistant Manager Bola. I had to put one star otherwise you are not able to review at all! This has to be one of the worst fast food places I have ever... been to. I placed an order in the App for pickup, paid upfront, received confirmation of the order and even a notification thatmy order was ready for pickup. When I showed up to the place, the restaurant was closed and the staff was inside cleaning. Iasked for my order but they provided no information arguing their system was already shut down, that I had to come back the nextday for a refund. I asked for the manager, Dave is his name, who was ignoring my request and hiding, until he finally showed totell me that I had to call the next day to get this sorted out. He closed the drive through window and went back inside thestore. I drove around to the main entrance to try to get something in writing so I could clam my refund, and the same ManagerDave, threaten to call the police if I did not leave. His language was profane and kept insulting. I am never ever buying fromthis Jimmy John?s location. Looking at other reviews, it appears this is not the first time for terrible & disrespect service.It?s disappointing & unfortunate that a well known chain such as Jimmy John?s has places like this in their chain. The restaurant was very clean and so was the ladies' bathroom. The guys behind the counter was very professional..I've no... complaints. The pics are of the #5 Unwich. Its a lettuce wrap...wow!???? Delicious! Read more
Favorite sub place. Love the totally tuna and also their Italian sub.
