I asked a young man to lower the music because it was very loud in the dining area which he did and responded very kindly. An... older lady told me that the music is that loud because there?s a lot of young people that like it and I told her that was oneof the rudest things to tell a client because the customer is always right. It might be good food but they need to know how tospeak to their people I did not sit inside and I did not eat there and I am hoping that the five older than me people thatwalked in can handle music because they are as she said ?old.? She was the oldest one working and should set an example to theother employees who were younger and kinder than her. I will never go back and actually don?t even want to eat the food at thispoint. Always loved five guys as the food and milkshakes are to die for, but their online ordering system is complete trash. They WILL... NOT make food to be ready to pick up. You come into the store, wait in line, ask for your food, THEN they will start makingit... I would recommend five guys to remove the online ordering until they can make the food to be ready for pick up. Read more
It is your standard Five Guys establishment. The burgers are good and made-to-order. There is ample of their complimentary... peanuts. The fries are decent. The wait times were average and the place is clean. The restaurant itself is conveniently locatedin the same plaza as a movie theater, clothing stores, a grocery store, a wholesale store, etc. It is pricey for burgers, but itis nice as an occasional treat. Typically, I wouldn?t write a review, but I truly believe that the team at this Five Guys, Daniel, Jessie, and Nick, should all... be recognized for their impeccable service. Before walking in, I stopped by a competitor burger place and the staff groaned androlled their eyes when I wanted to order. This team was the exact opposite: from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, eventhough the restaurant was about to close. My order was taken with a smile on the face and prepared fresh. Each of the three werepleasant and friendly, and each showed a phenomenal work ethic. I will be returning soon in the hopes that this great experiencecan forever be matched. I was literally the only customer in there and they messed my order up they can?t blame it on being busy i asked for grilled... onion pickles and A1 sauce and i literally had to stop them when i realized the burger they were making was mine with tomatositting on top Read more
I keep coming back to this place not only for its amazing burgers and fries but also for its service, staff is amazing always... with good attitude and willing to provide the best possible service. As advertised one of the best places for eating a great burger. One can choose from a great selection of toppings like, onions,... bacon, jalapeños, etc. While you?re order is being prepared you can enjoy some peanuts . I order a double cheese with bacon anda milkshake of Oreo maybe it was a little price but it was totally worth it. Read more
