I can categorically say this is the BEST place to eat breakfast. So different from the other regular breakfast places. All the... meals we ordered were delicious and fresh. Their freshly squeezed juices were ????????. They also had these humongous pancakesthat were out of this world (try those). Their staff were busy but still very friendly and attentive. This is definitely now mynew favorite place to eat. Read more

It was my first time coming to first watch and my boyfriend and I came around 1:30 and the table was ready at 2:00 and we were... seated with Ace. Ace was very attentive when taking our order. I had ordered the Hashbrown skillet and I was informed that therewere no longer any potatoes and I would have to order something else. Kira not only resolved our issue but exceeded ourexpectations when it came to guest recovery. The food came out hot and tasted great. We will be coming back to this first watchbecause of Kira and Ace ! Read more

We went to First Watch in pines for Easter brunch. We signed in thru the app and as suggested. Once we got there we checked in... with the hostess. We had a little hiccup and had to speak with the manager Ozzie. I must say he is extremely professional andaccommodating the hiccup was handled flawlessly. The food was Amazing! If I could give the restaurant a 10 ???? ???? star Iwould and another 10 star to the manager. This is definitely a place I will return with my family and friends and definitelyrecommend. Thank you Ozzie for all your assistance and care today! You will see us back!! Read more

My daughter and I went for the first time today. We got there a little after 11:00, but due to it being Spring Break the... restaurant was pretty packed. We found 2 seats at the bar, and placed our order about 10 minutes later. The waiter asked forpatience, as the kitchen was slammed. It took about an hour to get our food. My daughter?s french toast came first, but didn?thave butter on the side, and the server didn?t bring syrup. At this time they brought my side of grits and told me the rest ofthe food would be out shortly. I waited another 5+ mins for the rest of my food to arrive, at which point my grits were alreadygetting cool. I ordered the traditional breakfast and although my eggs were cooked a little more than I?d prefer, it was stilldelicious. We will definitely be back, although I think the servers need to pay a little more attention to the smaller details(like condiments/extra napkins/drink refills). I know they were busy, but they seemed adequately staffed, and flagging a serverdown when you needed something was not an easy task. I gave 4 stars because I went long periods of time needing a drink refill, got my grits before the rest of my meal, and the other small details mentioned above. Picture of my traditional breakfast withscrambled eggs. Read more

The food and service was good at this location. It was a 45 min wait but the hostess at the front kept you aware of the time... which I thought was helpful. Also the lady who cashed us out was also very friendly and courteous. My server was very nice andour food was served hot. I also ran into one of my old servers - Ms Octavia who is always a delight and has amazing customerservice. Read more

If you?re sitting down this might be a good spot to check out, but before you come to eat make sure that you use the app to hold... a table otherwise expect a 10-20 minute wait. Although it usually busy this restaurant will remain a staple in places to takefamily to have an enjoyable bite. The service is decent but definitely above average especially considering how busy they alwaysare. The menu has a lot of pleasant offerings and the MILLION DOLLAR BACON and the FRENCH TOAST all seem to be consistent hits.I?m partial to the classics such as the BELGIAN WAFFLE with the TRIFECTA. I found the salads to be far to light and theaccompanying sandwich to be lacking dimension or real substance. Also a note of caution when ordering food to go double checkyour order to make sure all of your food items are there, I?ve run into this problem before. Read more
