I wish I couldn?t give it no stars their customer service was the absolute worst. I ordered a pizza waiting for 30 minutes. The... pizza was never made then the guy tell me he only been working there three days. This is the last time I use this pizza restaurant. 1 the manager didn?t want to help about the mistakes they?ve made. 2 it was... delivered to the wrong apartment number. 3 they offered to send us food again at a wait of 30 to 40 mins. 4 no refund and nokind of curtesy to help. The last time they delivered the pizza and left it on top of my trash bin and didn?t knock on my door.I?ve complained about it last time and nothing was done. All they could say was sorry for the inconveniences. That?s not helpingor making the situation helpful or satisfying for a customer of 3 years now every other weekend. Placed an order over the phone for 2 pizzas for pickup. Clearly the girl taking the order was incompetent because upon arrival I... received a completely different pizza then what I ordered. She had given me the total over the phone for $30. I?m thinkingthat?s for the 2 pizzas. Instead when I see the pizza was completely different and they were handing me only 1 box for$30!?!?!??? Please. This place is ridiculous. They need to teach their employees to repeat back the order and confirm. We didnot take the box but did get charged the $30. This is terrible.
