Awful customer service and food preparation. Other location in Pembroke Pines is a lot better or even Miami Lakes. Ordered an... Iced Vanilla Cream Cold Brew online and they had no idea how to make it apparently and kept telling me it doesn?t come withcream when I showed them my online order and the photo that is on the app. I was told to just put half and half in the back tothe drink myself that it should taste the same when that?s not at all what I ordered. The customer service was rude and theplace was also very dirty nothing like how the other locations I?ve mentioned earlier are at all. Will never come back hereagain. Read more

The food was good. But the customer service from the employees is horrible. Don't expect a "hello" or conversation. The first... time going I order my food and the guy never told me to go the end to pay and wait for the order. Several times I have gone backand it's the same thing. The register is super dusty and the coffee was warm. I prefer Offerdahls!! The customer service isgreat and they make you feel like family. If it wasn't for it being on the other side of town, I would go more often. Read more
