Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen. The lady in the front made us feel like we were and inconvenience. It... bothered her that we asking what flavors they had . So we just picked anything because she was rushing us and after. The otherlady literally threw the order across the counter to us. We were both shocked and walked out. We both love Dunkin and by farthis one takes the trophy as the worse service we have EVER had. Negative stars if possible. Read more
This is my most disgusting time. When I ordered a meal, I saw a live cockroach on the ground ????? Then the staff used spray to... kill insects once, and then left without cleaning them up. When we were having dinner, we came to spray for several times insuccession, which caused the smell to be too strong, and the children choked. So we left. The children got drunk in the car andfinally got off the bus. We saw clearly that there were moldy white spots on the bread, but the children almost ate none. I never thought having a good experience at Dunkin was possible? everyone was so fast, efficient and polite! They had many drive... thru orders and Uber and they were still able to finish my order in under five minutes?. Read more
So I just got a drink. Off the bat the lady is rude as hell. I get the drink and when I come home it looks like the cup was... filled with dirt? Or something. I definitely don?t recommend this store. I always have bad experience here ???? Read more
Corporate (the number I called to complain about this) is nice, but this store needs help. They haven't been open in-store for... days which obviously I can't fault them for being understaffed. But as you can imagine that means the drive-thru line isridiculous. So this morning I attempt to beat the rush and go at 6:45am. I ordered two spider donuts for my toddler daughtersand well, the picture is what I got. ???? After I arrive home I saw they overcharged me also. $3.19 (after taxes) and this iswhat I get. The app says it's $1.19 each. So needless to say I am not happy that they didn't just tell me at 6:45am that thespider donuts were not ready b/c it wasn't super busy then. I get it. You've stopped caring, but I guess my first hint that itwas wrong was that the donuts were put into a bag. It's usually in a box to prevent smudging. Well... I gave them 3 stars because the donuts were fresh but I ordered a hot chocolate and it was disgusting. They mix with only water... and didn't bother to add any sugar. It was like drinking chocolate water. I guess I have to stick to Starbucks for hot drinks Read more

The store was very busy on a holiday but the staff were still polite and were really working hard to get the orders out. They... ran out of croissants but they were upfront about that so we got bagels instead. We always get good service, food and drinkshere. Read more
