I open the box and see the large pizza I ordered is smaller than the box! (was about 12 & 1/2") I ask the guy what happened? He... refers me to his manager. She states it's correct because they used the correct size dough! How assuming of me to expect a 14"pizza to fill a 14" box! After having my order cancelled by the location near my home I was grateful this location was open the hours posted and accepted... my last minute order. Only reason not 5 stars was the crust had a hole in it making 2 slices very messy and stuck to box. Verytasty and foldable as promised Brooklyn style pie. Read more
Not answering phones and continuously mess up orders. I keep giving chances but this is ridiculous and I?m done. At this point ,... this is fraudulent behavior. Order is sometimes not ready on time but that's usually when they're crowded so I can understand that. Sometimes the pizza is a... little overdone so I always ask for it to be lightly baked. Same thing for the bread. Almost all the people working there arefriendly and courteous and have a smile on their faces. Some room for improvement but we like all the different choices we have.
