First time here, and I loved it! Let me start with the bad news first, there was only one negative thing, it's packed on... Saturday afternoon, had to wait 50 minutes but I guess that's on me for not doing some research before going. Now, you mightthink "almost an hour waiting, crazy not worth it" and I would generally agree for sure, but this is that one exception to therule! Now, to the good news: This restaurant has a big store inside, a variety of products that goes from all kind ofclothing(normal and country style) to candy (all flavors you can imagine), toys/games and it even had Harry Potter merchandise,so if you need time to kill before your table is up, you can shop for a gift or something and they will save it so you finishyour meal and then pay it all together. The environment is amazing, as soon as you get in, you can hear country music and feelat ease (I don't know why, I'm not a county music fan but for some reason I felt "at home), the employees are so nice, speciallyPatricia, very kind and helpful!. Now about the food, I had the "grandma's breakfast" which had a bit of everything and it wasspectacular, the servers are very friendly too, they even have this table game which I can't recall it's name for you to playuntil the food is served. The price is just right, the amount of food is more than enough. I can tell you we will come back forsure, but this time I suggest checking-in the waiting list online before going to save some time. All in all, a great time and awonderful opportunity to experience country style restaurant. Read more

Everything has changed, the menue is more expensive and less food, why if they raise the price they lower the size of... food/plate, the place is very dirty. Only the service team is good. Please return to the service before and hire someone toclean the area all the time. Read more

Our visit to Cracker Barrel was, for lack for a better description, BITTER/SWEET, in that order lol. Soooo, being that it's a... Sunday afternoon, we expected a wait, but we didn't know the wait would be an hour. Ok, no problem...we'll just enjoy theinfamous rocking chairs, take in the outside scenery, browse through their store, and wait. **BITTER TIME** An hour or so later,or table is ready, or so we thought. We're seated at a table, but unbeknownst to us, the other diners that's seated as well, andapparently the host, these tables are closed. 15mins goes by, no server. Two surrounding tables starts to complain because theyhave been waiting for a server 20mins longer than us. Instantly, one of the tables request the manager. After another 10mins goby Manager Eric approaches the 20min wait table, apologetically explaining that the table was closed but he'll get someone overasap. Now, being that we're sitting "right next to" the 20min wait table we asked was our table closed as well and will the sameserver be helping us, Manager Eric's attitude instantly changed telling us that they were short staffed, busy, do not haveenough servers, and that we just have to bare with them (mind you, he's saying all of this while his hands are up in the air asif he's frustrated with us questioning him). Now, I do not play the race card, but ummmm, Manager Eric's total attitude changefrom one table to the next, was quit obvious ????. **SWEET TIME** Our server, Anthony, who obviously was pulled from anothersection, came over and took our drink and lunch orders. Anthony was so patient, attentive, nice, and pleasant. And even thoughthe place had diners coming in and out, Anthony did such a great job. THANKS ANTHONY, YOU WERE THE BEST!!!!! Oh, and the foodwas good as well. Read more
