The staff members are super rude, very unwelcoming. They never heard about anything called costumer service. They are very... impolite and they were annoyed if I ask a question or I change anything in the order. Never coming again to this restaurant theydon?t even deserve for people to eat there. Restaurant is not clean at all and the staff members are not wearing gloves whileserving the food. I don?t think they even wash their hands before giving the food. The two workers hate that they are evenworking. They are mad and angry the whole time. They were giving attitude to everybody ordering or coming inside. The chicken isburned and disgusting. I ordered the meal for 3 which is a whole chicken with 3 sides and 4 sides. It was so hard to pick because everything looked so... delicious and fresh. I ordered the sweet potato casserole which is amazing and the mac and cheese is also really good. I highlyrecommend this place!! Great customer service also. Read more

I'm trying to figure out why people giving reviews would say the workers are rude. We go there for both the food and talking... with the friendly workers. The owner, Tulio, Rodney and the others take time to chat with us. Some times the service is a bitslow in a good way. The employees here are so unbelievably rude. I showed up at 11:50 and their door was locked so I called the store for them to... open it. They ignored me for five minutes and finally came to the front to unlock the door (but didn?t even open it for me likea good employee would). When I stepped inside the man went immediately to the back and stayed there while I waited another fiveminutes for him to come back out. He also had a friend with him in plain clothes and a backpack who obviously didn?t work thereand was just hanging out. I will not be returning, especially after the way the man very rudely spoke to me while taking myorder. He also left to the back without saying anything immediately after swiping my card and slapping it back down on thecounter. Talk about horrible customer service, this place is full of it. Read more
