Ok not sure what happened there with my order but I placed it through the app grubhub and I ordered a combo with fries, moments... ago the order was delivered but the fries in my order only had less than 10 LITERALLY!! The workers here are extremely disrespectful. especially Alejandro and Samuel, they have no sense of what it is to work and be... respectful. every time i go they mess up my order and than when i go back to correct it they start laughing and talking bad inspanish. i know spanish, i under every bad thing they said. it?s ridiculous, they should not be working there. Definitely a mess going on here. Order #41 at 4:07pm today was a mess. I ordered the chicken philly special for $5.99. I asked... that it had no onions and added mushrooms. Team member did not follow instructions and order came with onions. I had to go backand ask for a replacement. Once I did, I had to wait a good amount of time to get the sandwich as team members had no clue wheremy order was. Picture shows all the onions I had to pull off the order before returning. I like charley's philly steak place all the time. This place is different I order for large chicken philly and combo for... $2.99..and when I saw my bill it had extra $0.70 cents and u asked why then girl said because i asked for large chicken philly isaid that right but not for large fries and drinks then she said its goes automatically but I just ask for regular combo so uhave to give me regular size dont need to charge extra $0.70 cents ..any fast food place u go they WILL ASK YOU DO YOU WANT TOMAKE IT LARGE FOR EXTRA $ BUT NOT THIS PLACE so be careful if u dont wont then dont thorw ur money like that...I got refund butstill lost $0.20 cents...its not about price its abt services and what you want and where you want to spend ur $$..
