I just pick up my order 8pm and I had the family meal. I have ONLY opened the 2 cilantro rices and either it is BURNT or UNCOOK... but that rice is incapable of being eaten!! It is extremely HARD as if it weren't cooked!!!! Words can not express how EXTREMELYFRUSTRATING it's is to bring this meal to my home and NOT be able to feed my family!!! ZERO STARS! Read more
I don't know what I just consumed, literally. I remember when Boston Market was something to wait in line for but on this visit... I didn't realize that this place was serving baby food nowadays. I tried the Rotisserie Nuggets that immediately reminded mevisually and by the smell of baby food or worse pet food. The sides are all now smears of what they used to be. I give it to thecrew for the building being cleaned and the friendly service but this isn't food. This is a 12pc and in comparison to the sideand the 2 sauces you see what you get.
