The nastiest coffee, stale bagels and expired muffins. On top of the 2 women in the front have a nasty attitude. If you don?t... want to be there I am sure someone else wants your job!!!!! Why have an attitude, people are only in the hospital because theyhave to be there!!! The girls here work efficiently, hardworking and sweet.However, one of the males in the morning not so much you can tell his... annoyed and lacks people skills. The plain croissant is always fresh it?s my favorite. The ham and cheese one is sometimes freshsometimes the ham has a after taste. The cheesecake brownies are to die for. The chicken empanada is disgusting who puts chunksof carrot in a empanada. For the prices they charge everything should be top quality. The 3 stars if for the overall foodquality ratio to price and the young mans demeanor. The girls get 5 stars. Read more
I was in the memorial medical building today and the smell of coffee was too tempting to resist. I looked through the display... cases at the pastries, and thought to myself that they look delicious. As i considered my options, I remembered that my wife was"fasting" for her Doctor appointment and it wouldnt be fair for me to eat these delicious looking pastries in front of her... So... i settle for some expresso. I ordered a double expresso because I knew it was going to be a long morning and this wouldkeep me going for as long as i needed to wait for my wife. I underestimated how big their expressos were, as I am accustomed toexpresso from starbucks. I pay and the young man hands me a small coffee cup, more than half way filled up with expresso! Myeyes lit up like a little boy at christmas. It was very hot which is the way most people like it and it smelled amazing. After afew minutes, of cooling I took my first sip and i was very happy. I wish I could get expresso like this more often. The youngman did an excellent job making it. I will be visiting Au Bon Pain more often! Thank you.... Read more
I love the food. Service is usually okay. Besides getting usually soup, I get once a day a medium hot cup of milk with sugar.... The person has always ask brown sugar or regular sugar. Tonight at almost 7pm I went to get my cup of hot milk. I asked the ladyplease with sugar. The lady told me if you want sugar you fix it your self. I told her I always get my milk with sugar ittaste great when is all done by the machine. She said well is different in the mornings. I don't know what that means.
