Reviews for Lynn's Bahamian Kitchen in Pembroke Park, FL
The worst customer service ever. Chicken souse came with boil chicken and dirty water. Brought it back and was told I was stuck... with the souse even after I spent 50 dollars worth of food. I will never order food from this restaurant ever again Read more

I ordered a steam fish dinner today. They told me it would take 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes. I got home open it you can smell... the fish wash rotten no good. My grandson and daughter said what is that smell. I threw it in the garage outside. I was thinkingI was going to eat dinner before work and come back to eat rest for dinner. I call them today to tell them about the situation. No concerns or resolutions to address my situation. Poor customer realtions.I will eat here again. Read more
On July 2, I purchased two conch dinners, but the conch didn't taste fresh. It didn't have the flavor of conch it usually has,... and I'm not talking about the seasoning. The conch was tough and had absolutely no taste to it. I normally take food backimmediately when something like this occurs, but I didn't. I decided to call the owner, Lynn, to let her know something was offwith the conch. I called and left a message asking her to call me when she was available because I know she was busy. Insteadof Lynn calling me she had one of the ladies, I believe that take the orders, return my call. It really doesn't matter who theyoung was that returned my called because I asked Lynn, the owner, to call me back. The showed me the difference between abusiness that values and cares about their customer's experience and not just making money. By the way, I wasn't asking foranything. I basically wanted to give the owner a heads up. Regardless of how they say the conch isn't left out, etc., there wasdefintely something unusual with the conch I received. Read more
I called in my order. I was told to be ready in 20 minutes. The time was close to accurate. I ordered conch fritters and conch... salad. This review is only pertaining to those two items as I did not purchase any other food items. The conch fritters did nothave any conch. I ordered eight and might have found two pieces of conch between them. As a native Bahamian the conch salad wasless than desirable. For the price I paid I might have gotten half a conch in the conch salad. The tomatoes were overripe and ithad no real flavor. The conch that was in there was tender though. I've eaten here before. The food is usually very authentic. That explains my disappointment with these two items. It is located in a shopping mall off of Hallandale Beach Boulevard.Location is a little tricky but it's located west of the train tracks. The restaurant itself no real complaints. Customerservice is fair. Read more
Guava duff is pricey, but worth every single penny! Crack conch is always nice and fresh and the fritters are not shy of conch!... One of my fave spots the taste like back home. Read more
No complaints. Great food...seasoned really well. I've had several duffs in south Florida and I think this is my favorite.
