Please read the whole review. If I could give half a star I would. I ordered a whole chicken family meal and ribs. The chicken,... ribs and baked potatoes were dried out, horrible food. The salad was not fresh. If you've watched Christmas vacation you wouldknow what I mean. UPDATE: I contacted the manager, she sent me a coupon for the meal. I went back and used it and this timeeverything was fresh and the chicken was moist.The lady at the counter was very nice. Read more
The chicken was dry, not at all juicy. I got the impression that it had been cooked earlier and just kept warm. One of the nice... things at Swiss Chalet is their fries. The fries we got here were Harvey?s fries, not at all Swiss Chalet fries. We were verydisappointed. I got dark meat after paying extra for white meat. I had to get it changed. Read more
It's hit or miss depending on whose working. Most times the workers are great and the food and service are great, but when... certain people are there the food is meh and aren't friendly, literally looking grumpy all the time.
