This is for the Subway at the West End Mall. Got two half subs on Thursday. He cut a new 12 inch bun in two. Put one the pieces... back in the container because he already had a half bun on the cutting board. Well the " old bun " he had on the board must havebeen an old one left over from the day before because it was so FN hard I couldn't eat it. What a cheap SOB! That half old bungoing to cost him more than he saved skimping on freshness. I just can't believe that man. What a shame that someone could bethat tight. I'll never go to that Subway again, and I'm telling as many people I can about them using old food to sell. Read more

The last 4 times I have gotten a sub from here there has been a bunch of hair in my bread and veggies! This is disgusting... shouldnt have to be pulling other people hair out of my food or mouth will not be coming here again. Read more
The girl working the counter was very pleasant & polite. We bought 4 foot long subs. The girl wasn't very generous on the... veggies, we had to keep prompting her to put on more. They only had 3 kinds of bread available and some menu items that arestill available are not on their board anywhere ??????? (I bought a subway melt but had to ask if they were still anoption). They had a three sub deal for $24 but she charged us full price for all 4 subs ... I had to request for her to give usthe deal, adding on the 4th sub ???? Read more
After today, I will never be back. Their cleaning practices are not up to any code, let alone, consideration for covid 19. ... Today, after the lack of cleanliness, I will never spend another penny in this store. Do not eat here if you have anxiety, anystandards for cleanliness. There was no standard. Honestly I understand you need to train new workers and they are hard to come by, but the young woman in there today was rude... and bitter the whole process. Just clueless on how to make a salad. Moreover the lettuce bin was brown and turning, nothinglooked particularly fresh at all. I also asked for a chicken sidekick and they offered me a literal 3 inch chicken nugget to bethe entire meat for the sandwich. I told them I didn?t want it if that was the portion size.
