Sadly, the dine-in experience is not what it used to be. They do not offer coloring sheets and crayons for kids anymore... (nothing for them to do whatsoever - so come prepared), the service was okay, the food was okay, and no dessert menu anymoreeither. Too expensive, compared to the experience. We won't be returning. I have no idea what's going om with them or if it's understaffed the person on the phone wouldn't tell me the deals and said go... to website . Um no you can tell me , then kept putting me on hold and she was very snappy . Kinda sick of getting attitude frompeople who hate their Job you don't like it then don't work there . The staff work hard . They are under staffed . Their are people out there that don"t understand that that places do run out... of product its not the fault of the people working there . And it is also not the fault of the sever if they where tolddifferent to what the menu says .Also please have a heart when you are asked to wait to be seated there is covid out there andjust dont seat yourself when you have a bunch of kids and they have to make sure the table you are sitting at are clean. The food was okay it was the server Mckenzie who was so rude. She didn't like my date apparently and kept making snotty remarks... under her breath. Not appreciated at all!! What do you expect when a spoiled teen has to work. Either train her to keep herremarks to herself or get rid of her. My date didn't need to be bullied like that. Read more
Awful service. Though menu states kids? meals come with side AND drink, told us kids can?t pick a side. Didn?t have lettuce... because, ?as you can see, we have a big party (birthday party was the only other table in the place). Place opens at 11 am placed an order at 12 o'clock went in at 1220 to pick up order and apparently the oven was still heating up... .. not in the industry but im sure there is prep work to do and being a pizza joint the ovens should have been up and running attemperature to take orders for 11 am when they open Read more
I ordered a smokey maple bacon pizza for dinner for myself and my children. When the pizza arrived it was undercooked, grease... pooling ontop and the toppings in a pooled mess ontop and would fall off when picking up a slice. I called to try and rectifythe issue the manager wasn't available the person I spoke to said they'd provide a discount on my NEXT order. So I'm leftwith undercooked pizza that's not acceptable for me to eat at 34 weeks pregnant bc I'm not risking myself or my children gettingsick and a discount for another order as if I'll want to order again.
