waitress Jamie said this was her 2nd shift to every problem we had. cold food. wrong order and rude waitress as well as manager... Brie saying I was rude to her rude waitress. enough is enough. burnt food. cold vegetables, rude employees. overpriced meals notworth it. not enough help. kelly was polite and professional. jamie and brie were poor representatives of your company. neverever will i return to a restaurant that had poor food quality and disrespectful employees. no value here and not enough staff tohandle the problems where i have never experenced before. management should take a good look at your staff dealing with payingcustomers. First time there and very pleased. Will go back again. Had chicken and shrimp picatta, best I've every had.
Food ok. Order chicken bruschetta and baked potato, it was good. Husband ordered ribeye and mashed potatoes. Ribeye was chewy,... not as good at other restaurants. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. $28.00 meal, not worth it. The worst part is theservice. We had Bri. She was inattentive but at the same time had a real chill attitude, like serving customers was anafterthought. She took her time chitchat with other customers while others were waiting on her. She only had three tables shewas waiting on so it?s not lack her lack of service was due to her being busy. Hidden gem on the south shore in a 10 sq mile radius of mediocre restaurants (with the exception of a few). I have lived here... for years and came for the first time tonight.
