I'd give zero stars if possible. Waited about 5 minutes in line just trying to get my kid a slice of pizza (about 530pm on a... Sunday). After waiting in line, they actually have the nerve to say we have no more slices(as pizzas are rolling out of theoven), then say slices are for lunchtime only. I read the menu while waiting in line, it said nothing of the sort. Worstcustomer service I've ever seen. Now how can I get back that 5 minutes me and my kid wasted standing in their dump of arestaurant? Read more
Been going here a while now, the food is actually decent but the staff is RUDE AF!!!! Sad to see them treat customers this way.... Maybe something new will open up and there will be more options in this area ???????? Read more

This place stinks I ordered two salads that were horrible. I didn't know you put American cheese and bologne on an... antipasto.???We asked for pita bread and salad dressing so they charged 2 bucks extra. The people were cold,unfriendly andmiserly.The only reason they are still in business is because there isn't any competition for miles. I go to PHOP at least once a month if not more. One of my favorite items there is the grilled chicken sub. I also love the steak... and cheese sub and the bacon pizza. The facility is always clean, offers a restroom, and has great service. I am thankful tohave PHOP as a part of my local community. Read more
Trash, the staff is just trash, even worse than the food. They literally cussed at my wife over the phone and could not... comprehend that my daughter has an egg allergy. The level of stupidity in the world never ceases to amaze me. Read more
