Really can?t go wrong here. Everything is absolutely delicious. The steak, the chicken, the seafood, the salads? sides, drinks?... all excellent. Have dined here at least 25 times. I think there was one meal that was lacking but that was during Covid. I go tothe Pembroke location. Highly recommend it. Read more

Over priced and slow service. Food was mediocre for the prices you pay. I go for the experience of a steak and too forever to... get waited on when food arrived it was burnt on outside raw on the inside from cooking to fast. Read more
What a waste of $80 dollars. Fall off the bone ribs, I don't think so. Even with the sharpest knife it was under cooked and... mostly fat. Bacon burger had no bacon. Steak ordered med well was burnt on the outside, and red on the inside. And your Texasonions were burnt to a crisp. Won't be ordering again. Read more
Our waitress Holly was great! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just the way we ordered. Longhorn... offers great food and reasonable prices without all of the pretense and Ala carte pricing of the ritzy upscale steakhouses.Great, authentic looking western and cowboy decor is pretty cool. What a disappointment. Drove criss country and wanted a good meal and then sleep. Well, we got to restaurants and 30 minutes... after we placed order waitress asks what we ordered because she lost ticket. Then we had to listen to staff trash talk athostess station the customers and each other. After food finally came waitress never check how it was or refilled drinks.Massive disappointment. Will NEVER EVER return here when visiting family again. Hate to leave bad ratings but we have never hadservice this bad???? Read more
For a chain steakhouse, it's really consistantly good. Prices are reasonable and the service is also very good. Steaks are above... average cuts, cooked to your liking and seasoned well. If you want a steakhouse that won't break the bank, you can't go wronghere. Read more
We went to the longhouse steakhouse in sprite of so many poor reviews. Although there was a 30 minute wait. When we were seated... the server, Meagan was fast and very pleasant. Our order arrived quickly. My wife hat steak and I had 2 pork chops. The food washot and tasted great I had salad adt stuffed potatoes. It was the best service I?ve had in a long time.
