We first came in expecting a nice family friendly meal we sat down the table was sticky and wasn?t very clean over all. We... waited about 20 mins for a waitress to come to take our drink order! Then the drinks came and we?re good. We waited another 15minutes for food it came and was kind of gross! The food stunk and was REALLY salty and greasy! We honestly expected WAY more!!!And this was so gross to see We saw a waitress clean a table with the melted ice that was on the nasty table and used the samebrown stained towel to clean off another table!! Then we had to call the manager over because it was $20 for an order of wafflefries!!! Then it was a total of $80 for a family of 4 to have some measly chicken fingers! The price is wayyyyyy to high and weare aware of inflation prices but this was just insanity it was soo slow and unclean! This place has THE WORST HYGIENE!!!!!!!!We?re not.trying to be mean just showing our experience and making sure you know what to except when coming but seriously pleaseup your game friendlys! Came here after a celebration at cask n flagn. My wife ordered a sundae and I ordered a simple M&M friendz with vanilla ice... cream. We waited 15 minutes to get our ice cream and the people after us who ordered got theirs before us.. ridiculous. Thepicture is how much my friendz was filled when I received it. Melissa waited on us today and she was amazing! Not only did she help keep our little ones with coloring and being silly but she... ran a packed dining room like it was the easiest thing in the world. The restaurant was clean and the food came out fast anddelicious. I will be definitely be back for the good service along with amazing shakes and sundaes. My friend and I stopped in for dinner. Grace was our server and she looked like she was working alone. She rocked that entire... dining room by herself and did an amazing job! My friend and I were well taken care of. Thank you so much Grace! TerrificService! Great comfort food with nostalgic vibes. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the cleanliness or lack thereof.The place is filthy. Just down right dirty. So to the owners or upper management...perhaps come on in and help clean the placeup! Grace cannot do everything! This place is also geared towards children and seniors.
