Server was amazing! She was pleasant, offered recommendations and made sure we had what we needed. The food portions were great... and the food was very good! I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant and I especially love that there is no pressure to dressup. You can walk in wearing sweats and a t-shirt and nobody looks at you weird. This is our fancy date-night place while visiting my parents in Iowa. We made a reservation, but didn’t really need to because... we got there before the dinner rush. We tried new dishes like the Portobello Fries and were happy surprised with how they cameout. The aioli to dip them in is yummy! We also tried the Bison ribs au jus and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Iordered the tuna poke bowl and was a little unhappy with how salty it seemed, plus it wasn’t at all how I had imagined itwould be. What a lovely place. Lunch on a rainy, dreary Tuesday hit the spot. I liked the simple yet elegant decor. Nice clean space and... big! Variety of tables, booths, bar seating. Also meeting spaces available. The menu was just right for me- meaning a niceselection without being overwhelming. I started with the brussel sprouts which were trophy worthy. Then a burger withsalad. The burger was ok. Seasoned well and loved the cheese curds on it, but really small for the price. Bun was fresh andtoasty. Salad was fine- fresh greens. Ended with the chocolate torte. OMG. Soooooo good. Raspberry sauce, crushed nuts, andmoist delicious chocolate. Service was good, space very nice, parts of meal excellent, parts good.
