Really inconsistent. I like to sub the sesame buns for the potato ones and getting this changed is like pulling teeth. I always... have to talk to at least two different people and they act like I?m somehow trying to scam them. Not sure why. Sometimes I getcharged for the swap, sometimes I don?t, and the charge isn?t the same every time (It?s always between 50c and a dollar). Clean, quick but 4 stars because my orders have been messed up a few times and only notice once I was home. Those times they... ended having some of my order missing. Once was it was a larger order of nugget. Than a whole whopper and another timessomething else can't remember. Just check your orders. The problems with me checking is I usually order for the entire familyand through the drive thru which makes it hard for every single thing. Once im home not going all way the back for one or 2items. I actually had a great delivery experience at this Burger King in Mount Vernon today! I was very surprised and it?s crazy to say... this, but my whole order came correct with no issues at all! They even gave me extra BBQ and Honey mustard sauces in the bag,and the DoorDash driver was quick as well. Every time I order from the New Rochelle Burger King it?s either the order arriveswrong or their unavailable for delivery thru the app, I always have problems with that location. I actually might order frommount Vernon Burger King to New Rochelle again! Thank you guys for actually listening to the customer and going all out to makesure the customer is happy and the order is correct!
